He is the founder and President of Miss Face of Humanity, a global showcase for female change-makers who believe in the power of humanity to change the world, with which he heads IPA's Global Peace Ambassadors and Cultural Exchange Program (GPACEP).
The GPACEP uses art and education as part of its many strategies, to engage issues of peace, tolerance and human rights. Under Terence's leadership, the GPACEP has initiated diplomatic protocol campaigns permitting IPA's Peace Ambassadors to advocate for cultural diplomacy and implement peace initiatives in collaboration with international bodies such as the United Nations and UNESCO.
As Director of the IPA's Peace Ambassadors Program, Terence's role includes strategically managing and supporting the program's ambassadors, ensuring their outreach, community engagement, and peacebuilding efforts are effective and aligned with the organization's goals. This includes designing and implementing program strategies, building partnerships, providing coaching and mentorship to ambassadors, overseeing budget and reports, and evaluating the program's overall impact on promoting peace and community cohesion.
